10/6/15 - TRICKY TRAY TICKETS NOW ON SALE

Preparations for our Tricky Tray are in full gear!!!  Important reminder.....if you wish to be seated with a group, all ticket money must be submitted at once.  Tables accommodate 10 and are filled on a first come, first serve basis, so please make sure your group is submitted together.

Friday, November 6, 2015 - School Gym

Doors open @ 6:00 pm

Drawing begins @ 7:30 pm

Tickets: $20.00/person purchased by Oct. 23rd ($30.00/person after Oct. 23rd)

Price includes one sheet of raffle tickets for small prizes, coffee, tea & dessert. 

Soda & water will be available for purchase. 

 Feel free to bring your own food & drink.

 

 Help support our food pantry – bring a non-perishable food item for a chance to win a prize!

 

If you wish to be seated with friends, ticket order MUST BE SUBMITTED TOGETHER – NO EXCEPTIONS!

EARLY BIRD SPECIAL –RAFFLE TICKETS FOR SMALL PRIZES $5.00/PER SHEET (26 CHANCES)

 IF PURCHASED BY OCT. 23RD  

Order/payment must be made at time of advance admission purchase.

(Raffle tickets purchased in advance cannot be replaced for any reason.)

10/6/15 - TRICKY TRAY PRIZE DONATIONS - WE NEED YOUR HELP!

Reminder - - our school NEEDS the support of each family. 

Our tricky tray is fast approaching and we are asking each family to donate a prize valued at $50 - this can be a cash donation or a prize of that value to help make the event a success! 

Be creative with prize donations!!!

All prize donations must be new.

 

Prize donation ideas:

Gift cards, restaurant gift certificates, rub-off lottery tickets, jewelry, small appliances (i.e. toaster oven, coffee pot, etc.), X-box games, bicycle, pocketbooks, wallets, ipod, printer, camera, watch, etc.

 

Themed basket ideas:

Holiday decorations, movies, music, ethnic food/items, coffee, tea, New Mom, beauty, photo/frames, tools, kitchen,  reading/books, garden, office desk supplies, scrapbooking, summer, fall, spring, winter, school supplies,  games, toiletries, pet, craft, knitting, crocheting, sports, first aid…..

LET YOUR IMAGINATION GO….!

 

Donations should be brought to the school NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 16TH.  If you would like to donate earlier, there is storage space.   Donations should NOT include perishable items.    Please mark your donation as Tricky Tray 2015, complete and attach the form below and send to the school office.  Please contact hsa@stleosschool.org if you have any questions.

10/6/15 - OCTOBER DATES TO REMEMBER

October has been a busy month here at St. Leo's!.  We have some key dates to remember over the next few weeks.

October 15th -  Chicken and Chips Dinner - orders due no later than Friday, 10/9.
October 16th  - Genevieve's Orders are due.  This is the absolute last day for orders.
October 16th - Family Tricky Tray Prize Donations Due
October 16th - Class Baskets for Tricky Tray Due
October 16th - Box Tops and Labels for Education Due
October 17th - Fall Clothing Drive in the rear yard of the school.  Please be sure that you use green garbage bags and that they are tied securely.
October 23rd - Halloween Candygrams are due.  This is the last date to submit orders to ensure we have all bags ready for Halloween.
October 30th - Halloween Candygrams delivered, Halloween Parade.
October 30th - Tricky Tray Tickets - this will be the last day to purchase tickets (if available).

10/6/15 - CHICKEN AND CHIPS REMINDER

Who doesn't want a night off from cooking?  Come join us for a delicious Chicken ‘n Chips Dinner on Thursday, October 15, 2015 catered by Tastefully British.  Invite family and friends to join you.  Tickets are only $11.00 per person and include chicken, French fries, cole slaw, beverage, and dessert.  You can eat in or take out.  Tickets must be purchased in advance by October 9th and will not be sold at the door!  The order form is in the Forms and Docs link on the left.

Please complete the order form and return it with payment to Barbara Geisler at St. Leo’s School.  Please make checks payable to St. Leo’s Home & School Association.  Tickets will not be issued as there will be a checklist. 

Donated baked items would be appreciated and may be dropped off in the school gym after 3:00 pm.  If you are available to help out at the event or have any questions, please contact Barbara via phone at (551) 206-5766 or email @ bgeisler@stleosschool.org.  All proceeds benefit the children of our school.

5/6/15 - HSA MEETING AND FESTIVAL SIGNUPS - MAY 19TH @ 7PM

Reminder - - there will be an HSA Meeting on Tuesday, May 19th @ 7 pm in the gym.  Please make every attempt to attend this meeting as this will be the only night to sign up for a Parish Festival shift.    Looking forward to seeing everyone on the 19th! The students will also be holding their Art Show - please come and see the great artistic talents of our St. Leo's students.

St. Leo’s School receives a donation for the total poundage that we collect.  Please help support our school by dropping off items in the rear school yard during the dates/times listed below.

 

WHEN:  Saturday & Sunday April 18th & 19th

 

TIME:   10:00 am to 2:00 pm

 

WHERE:  Rear School Yard of St. Leo’s School

 

WHAT we are collecting:

·       Wearable and Usable Clothing

o   (men’s, women’s and children’s)

·       Linens, towels, bedding, curtains, tablecloths

2/18/15 - BOX TOPS AND LABELS FOR EDUCATION

2/18/15 - GERTRUDE HAWK CANDY SALE

The Gertrude Hawk Candy Sale is coming to a close.  All orders must be returned no later than Friday, 2/20.  This is a firm date to ensure delivery in time for Easter.  Thank you to all for your participation.

2/18/15 - PASTA DINNER
